Cancellation & refunds

Cancel anytime, keep access to the end of what you’ve paid for, take your data with you. The authoritative text is Terms of Service §6 — and §7 for what happens to your data.
Cancel anytime
Cancel from your billing settings at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts.
Effective at the end of the billing period
Your subscription simply does not renew. Your practice keeps full access until the period you have paid for ends — monthly or annual.
No prorated refunds
Cancelling does not entitle you to prorated or partial refunds for unused time, on monthly or annual plans. The 14-day trial requires no card precisely so you can fully evaluate VetVero before paying anything.
Your data stays exportable
You can export your clinic data as CSV files at any time. After your subscription ends, data is retained for 90 days — still exportable — and then permanently deleted.
Billing is handled by Paddle
Paddle, our Merchant of Record, is the seller of record for your subscription — billing, taxes, and payment disputes (including chargebacks) are handled through Paddle. For billing questions, reach us through the contact form.
